BayAreaRocBlasta terdiri dari -

Vocalists: Loco (baju sleveless) / Ian (baju merah)
Bassist: Naz ( ber-goatee)
Guitarist: Jeffz (seluar camo)

Band members BayAreaRocBlasta nie ialah gabungan antara musicians dari dua band yang amat terkenal pat Singapore ni. The band members are actually from Tribe and Kaleidoscopicuriosity! Each of the bands memang power! Abih sekarang dah join forces, lagi POWER! They have just released their latest Single called "Lost In Emotions" and u all bole download for free!

AM: Dari maner you all dapat the idea & name B.A.R.B?

Loco: Actually kan, Bay Area tu adalah satu kawasan yang giat dengan lagu2 trash 80an. Kiter orang choose this name untuk mengenangkan zaman rock ler..

(Ooooohhh, gitu criter nyer)

AM: So how long you all kenal each other & how?

Jeffz: Oh, mula2 duduk bawah block main gitar tong ngan Naz.. Berbual punya berbual, terpikir lak nak buat band lah gitu so kiter kol Ian up to join lah.. Bistu dier pung ok jugak.

Ian: Abeh, Loco pulak members skola dolu2 & dier nie suka rap.. aper lagik dier pung join jugak..

Loco: Oh, last kiter orang jumpa Ronnie kat tattoo shop tengah buat tattoo.. hehehehhh

Ian: So altogether kiter dah 2 yrs bersama lah..

AM: Acherly B.A.R.B nie play wat kinda songs & why?

Loco: Kiter nyer concept adalah - scatanic atomic punk

AM: Huh? Wat does dat mean? Tak paham ler..

Loco: In this concept kiter ader melody ragga, rap, rock & dangdut.. Semua ader!

AM: Dangdut eh? hehehehh Ok, bistu kalau korang nie not in a band, aper korang nak buat?

Ian: Saya nak jadik jurutera!

Loco: Saya pulak jadik doktor haiwan.. hehehehh..

Naz: Ahli bomba! (Dengan muka serious, dier cakap)

Jeffz: Oh, saya pulak nak jadik postman..hurhrururhh

Jeffz: Eh, nanti Ronnie lak akan jadik seorang pelukis..

AM: Skarang you all in your late 20s early 30s kan? So wat are your plans?

Jeffz: Saya nak kahwin ler.. Ader minat satu gerl nie namer nyer Asnida & harap kiter dapat stay at Teban Gardens & name our 1st kid Fitrah..

(hurhrurhrurhur.. nak tipu ngan kiter eh?)

Jeffz: hehehh.. taklah, we hope dat even tho in future if we are not in the same band, we would still manage to come up with something for the local music scene...

Loco: Sebabnyer, Tribe & Kaleidoscopic.. B.A.R.B akan merancakkan suasana lagik.. so sesiapa yang bingit ngan kiter & nak cabar kiter, silakan.. So maybe ader orang lain yang leh buat lebih baik dari kiter...

AM: So you all nie kirakan set the standards lah for all those yang minat?

Loco: Yalah, something like dat lah.. We juz be involved in arts & carry on.. KARYA & PASSION!!

AM: Kalaulah there's no band instrument in d world, ader boyband jer. wat kind of boyband would u be? BSB? Nsync?

Jeffz: Oh, kiter jadik The Kompang Boys! Or nasyid lah..

AM: Who's ur favourite artist & why?

Jeffz: Deloitte, band nie ader underground sikit and their music pon is my kind of music

Ian: Tool

Loco: Zaleha Hamid! She Rocks!

Naz: Pleymo, pasal dia punya band punya character

AM: Selalu b4 performance ader ritual tak?

Loco / Jeffz: 1st thing kiter kumpul dolu, den kiter paint our faces with kolor yang warna-warni den amik gambar! Amik gambar nie is a must..

AM: Wat'll u do kalau u all ader $1 million as a band?

Loco: Beli 500,000 big / 500,000 small

Loco: No lah, seriously kiter nak menubuhkan sebuah institute music - producing good quality music.

Jeffz: Get behind d scenes lah actually..

AM: Wat can be done to make S'pore music alive?

Loco / Jeffz: Solusinyer simple jer.. semua haruslah bergabung, bersatu & appreaciate each other's music. Also to have sokongan dari public - pergi skolah2 4 introducing these music macam kat Australia gitu..

AM: Eh, kan you all cakap earlier yang 'if kiter dah tak samer band, kiter still contribute in d local scene'. Naper cakap gitu? Asal tak stay B.A.R.B all d way?

Jeffz: Itu senang jer, example macam U2 gitu, dorang ader fan base population & with selling of their albums, dorang dapat royalty & can lasts them for 10-20 yrs.. Unless kiter got dat kind of response barulah stay..

Loco: So now it's juz another avenue for us to still continue our love towards music.. We still want to contribute to the homegrown music..

AM: So ader any last words for ur AM fans out there?

Jeffz: Kalau ader $20 in ur pocket & you came across a CD shop. Wat kinda CD will u choose? Homegrown band or foreign artist? Aaahh.. for them to think..

Naz / Ian: Change ur mentality towards local music and learn to appreciate our music and hopefully to support more local music

Loco: Keep on be strong on dysfunctional mind!!! AM Rocks!!! YEAH!

Wah, betul nyer supporting lah dorang nie!! Shiok! Oh, btw dorang pung ader menubuhkan persatuan dat's called Artist Rights Movement Syndicate (A.R.M.S). The purpose is to get different bands to werk together lah... Especially nowadays it's difficult to get contacts for studio recording ke, Music Video production ke, getting into recording labels ke.. kan? So these guys are the guys to approach if you want support for your band or music! And so far, they already have 3 bands which they are currently working with and they're looking for more talented musicians to collaborate with and mengembangkan seni music tanahair Singapura.
