Haro users AnakMelayu.com! Kali nie kiter ader topik baru untuk discuss.. Ader tak you all pernah experience kat kerja dat you are not appreciated enuff ataupun you dun get dat promotion you wanted & tot dat you deserved one? Aper siak? Padahal kerja macam nak giler tapi tak dapat tu semua & paling membingitkan, is when your coleague yang pemalas & berkira nak mampos dapat dat acknowledgement... Tak 'bingit kedongdong' gitu?

Well, for some people, they said dat itu dah lumrah dunia pekerjaan. Have to accept it... but some, they would rebel to dat statement because they said dat it's not fair & management bias, tulah nielah... Asyik salahkan management jer... Itu pung normal coz we all heard it & been there before...

Tapikan, ader tak korang terpikir why has it all happened? Is there some kind of trick somewhere to get to where you want, fast? Maybe sleeping your way up the ladder or back-stabbing your way up the ladder or bodek2 ngan the higher management staff will do the trick but... is that the only way to climb the corporate ladder? (maybe it is the only way!)

Maybe, if you can't change the environment, how bout kiter change diri kiter sendiri? Dats a good start don't you think?.. Or maybe we need to go with the flow in the culture of the company, for example, not trying to step on anyone's toes and behave while at work... hehehehh.. ceh, macam senang sey berbual...hehehh...

How it works is like this. Use your bingitness/bitterness/jealousy & change it into something positive. Just simply go to werk with a positive mind & attitude! Dat way, hopefully no one can spoil your day! Isn't dat wonderful? But then again, kalau you all really want something soo bad, you'll do anything to get it & really anything rite? You all tak kisah aper orang2 kat your werkplace cakap per... So if that is your case, then all we have to say is good luck!

Well, that is life my friends.. teruknyer kiter manusia! Sometimes I wonder whether life would be easier as an animal or tree or car etc... Untuk orang2 yang back-stab their own members and friends, juz to get to a top management post, aper eh perasaan doran? Did you know that there are even those yang flirt or even worse sleep wit their bosses?!! Eeeee.. takde maruah siak!!!

Hmm.. so how do you stop others from backstabbing you?
