Q. What is the User ID Number and Pin-Code?

Your User ID Number and Pin-Code can be found in the email that we have sent you earlier. We have sent an email to all existing members and newly registered members regarding their User ID Number and Pin-Code.

The User ID Number and Pin-Code can also be found in the "Control Panel" after you log in to AnakMelayu.com as shown in the image below;

Q. Why should I subscribe?

Subscribtion is important because it will prevent pranksters and imposters from pretending to be somebody else online. When you subscribe with AnakMelayu.com, you will enjoy an even safer environment to make friends and also our premium services. As a subscribed member, you will be able to enjoy unlimited Sticky Notes, Virtual Kisses, a personal profile page where you can upload multiple photos, and voice services!

Q. Why can't I listen to the VoiceIntro/VoiceMail?

To record a voice introduction which will be automatically placed inside your profile page, please call 1900 912 2350 (S$1.20 p/min) and follow the voice instructions. In order to listen to various VoiceIntros and VoiceMails, your system must be installed with Microsoft's Windows Media Player. You must also have speakers or headphones attached to your computer and make sure that it is switched on. Most computers now are fully equipped with Windows Media Player. If you are a Mac user, you can download Windows Media Player at http://www.windowsmedia.com/download.

Q. Why does it take so long to approve the VoiceIntro/VoiceMail?

IDA (Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore) requires that each VoiceIntro and VoiceMail to be screened before being published onto AnakMelayu.com. This is to prevent lewd or obscene messages from being propogated throughout the website. We also do not allow any phone numbers to be mentioned during recording of your VoiceIntros. Should we find any lewd, obscene or VoiceIntros with any phone numbers, the particular message will be deleted.

ATTN: Users who records unliscensed audio (any songs that are copyrighted) will also have their Voiceintro's permanently deleted and no refunds requests will be entertained. Please also remember that you are only allowed to record your own voice.

Q. What is the age requirement?

Only callers aged 18 and above are allowed to use our services. Users aged 17 and below are required to have parental permission before calling. We assume that callers aged 17 and below has permission from parents/guardians should they use our services. AnakMelayu.com, Tenfingers Pte Ltd are not liable for any complications arising from the use of our 1900 number.

Q. How much are the calls charged?

Starting from 1st September 2004, Subscription calls made to our subscription number (1900 911 0029) is charged at SGD$3.00 per call. There is no per/min charges.

Voice recordings calls made to 1900 912 2350 is charged at SGD$1.20 per/min.

Subscription through eNETS and Credit Cards are charged at the following prices;
3 months - SGD$7.50
6 months - SGD$13.50
12 months - SGD$25.50
